About the church

“Christ the King” fellowship was established because over 20 years ago Jeff and Ana Bullock, missionaries from North Carolina (USA) came to Krakow and began to lead Bible meetings for students, while learning the Polish language and culture. In 2000, “Christ the King” church in Krakow was formally registered as a local community.

After a few years of work, due to the decision to leave for further missions, Jeff and Ana Bullock handed over the running of the church to local leadership.

As our church grew in numbers, so did the places where we met. We started meeting in a community center, then moved to a movie theater, and then to a conference room in an office building. The next venue was the Cracovia Hall. We currently meet at 43 Kamienna Street.

We say about ourselves that we are a “church on the move” that, regardless of the conditions and place of meeting, wants to preach the Gospel and give glory to God wherever it is placed.

Character and Activities of the Church

“Christ the King” Church in Krakow is part of a larger family of churches - Every Nation and our participation is focused on the common mission that all EN churches around the world share, which is to reach all nations with the Gospel!

An important part of our activities is to preach the Gospel to students. We believe that by reaching students with the Gospel, we change their lives, their families, the nations they come from and the whole world. We create the ministry “Every Nation Campus” which shares the Gospel with students on campuses in Krakow, organizes apologetic lectures and leads student discipleship during weekly meetings.

Every year during the holiday season we prepare the International Evening of Carols, which is an opportunity for our friends and residents of the city to get to know us and hear the Good News.

We are an international church

We are an international church

Since the beginning of our community, both church leaders and members have come from and still come from different countries and continents. Many foreigners, staying in Poland for studies or professional contracts, have found their spiritual family here. Our services have always been held in Polish and English. Among the Small Groups in the church, meeting in a more intimate group than Sunday service, we also have groups in English. Currently, our community members include representatives of several nations from all over the world.

We are a multi-generational church

We are a multi-generational church

We try to serve different age groups. For children attending services, we run the so-called Sunday School (link) - classes held during the sermon, adapted to the age of the children and their needs. Students gather as part of Every Nation Campus (link) - meetings for students who want to spend time together, develop spiritually and talk to other students about God. There is also a space for teenagers, for whom the Youth Group (link) is intended.

We are a missionary church

We are a missionary church

As a community of people who want to live by the words of Jesus Christ, we share a passion for serving God and people. We want to share the Good News of Jesus and help all those we can.

We want to serve our city by preaching the Gospel and helping those who need help in a practical way. For many years, we have been involved in supporting the largest shelter for homeless men in Krakow, organizing picnics, holiday meetings and supporting them financially. During the covid epidemic, we supported hospital wards by buying necessary materials. With the outbreak of the war in Ukraine, our church got involved in financial aid and prayer support for the Ukrainian people. We regularly organize trips to Ukraine with humanitarian aid.

Representatives of many missionary organizations meet in the church. Among our members are active missionaries, working in Christian organizations in the country and abroad.
